Foundation

The company Loventis Systems was founded in the year 2005 in Regensburg. The idea was born from the practice. During his studies (focus on IT security), Mr. Hofmann worked at Brook Lane Hostel in Regensburg. At that time there was no clearly structured and easy to handle system on the marketplace. Therefore he began to develop his own software specialized on hostels.

Philosophy

Professionalism, fairness and customer orientation are important principles of our company philosophy. We measure our success by the positiv feedback of our partners and the growing number of users. Meanwhile Loventis is used worldwide and is available in several languages.

The Software

Loventis should make the daily work in small and medium-sized hostels and hotels, apartments, boarding houses, sports clubs, etc. easier. We want to optimize your work processes and to be a competent partner. The close cooperation with our users is an important basis for further development of our software.

Martin Hofmann (CEO)

After graduating as an economist with a focus on computer science, I worked two years as a software engineer for the company hotel.de AG. Here my primary task was the development of accounting interfaces and webservices. A total of five years, I have developed and mentored Loventis in my spare time next to my studies and my main occupation. Since the number of users was rising and the requests more numerous, I decided in the year 2010 to make my hobby to my profession.
